  • Return Policy

  • At VinylCoasters.com we take pride in our quality products and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please contact us immediately. If an item arrives broken or damaged in some way, it can be returned within 14 days from the time of purchase. No returns will be accepted if we are not contacted first. Items must be returned in the condition that it was received including the original packaging. We highly suggest to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Once the item is returned and inspected, a full refund of the original amount will be granted.
